A well-renowned medical practice in Thornton Heath are looking to hire a receptionist on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of the job is to provide a professional, comprehensive reception service to the practice’s patients.

Job Role:

  • Booking in/arranging appointments
  • Dealing with inbound calls/emails
  • Managing client database/records
  • Liaising with suppliers and processing orders
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Assisting patients with their queries wherever possible
  • General administrative duties

Person specifications:

  • You must be friendly, approachable and professional in your dealings with patients
  • You must be personable and outgoing
  • You must have excellent organisational skills
  • You must have a good understanding of basic medical terms
