Overview
We are looking for an exceptional business development professional or account manager to join a growing business as a New Business Manager.
Salary: £23,000 – £32,000 + 20% commission
The Role
- You will be responsible for generating new business by contacting prospective clients and presenting the product lines to the decision makers
- Reporting back to management on the growth in revenue you have achieved periodically
- Explaining the range of services/products and the benefits for the client’s business
- Attend sales meetings and negotiate contracts with decision makers
- You will also account manage existing clients to build and grow the relationships that are in place
Key Skills/Experience
- A proven track record in a business development or account management position
- Experience liaising with high-level contacts in a business environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing own workload
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
