Salary: £25,000 basic, £7,000 car allowance, £82,ooo OTE

Our client is a a highly successful and rapidly growing company who provide technological solutions in the property sector.

The Role

Their team of Product Consultants generate new business for the company throughout the UK.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining positive contacts with prospective clients
• Handling client accounts
• Demonstrating the key benefits of Perfect Portal to potential clients online and onsite
• Discussing client requirements and analysing clients reactions to products and pricing
• Cold calling
• Qualifying new leads
• Achieving individual and team targets
• Producing reports for senior management on success of marketing and sales strategies
• Closing new business deals
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Liaising with senior staff to determine sales strategies and targets

Person Specifications

The successful candidate needs to be highly self-motivated, competitive and have a confident attitude. Your presentation and communication skills, along with your ability to close a deal will see you win in this role. This role could be suited to:

• An experienced sales professional
• An experienced solicitor who is genuinely seeking a change of career
