Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity within the tech industry for a New Business Sales Executive. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will work to drive new business sales of the emerging cyber solutions portfolio.
The role will require a highly motivated, self-starting new business sales professional able to operate all levels of an organisation from the C-suite downwards. This role is not suited to those with a background in Technical Sales and/or Account Management.
Salary: £40,000 plus 20% Bonus
The Role:
- Exceed new business gross profit targets
- Sell the latest in cyber solutions
- Help to develop the cyber business within the Ethos portfolio
- Lead and coordinate virtual teams to support the delivery of solutions
- Manage solution transition from Sales to Service
- Maintain awareness of appropriate industry trends and being familiar with enterprise standards and methodologies
- Represent the company at forums, conferences and professional bodies to build the company’s reputation in the marketplace.
The Person:
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Analytical sales skills with an ability to execute under pressure
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrable track record in new business sales
- Exemplary sales skills
- Would prefer knowledge of any of the following solutions:
Idaptive
Barracuda
Normshield - Ideally trained in a formal sales methodology such as:
JAWS
Miller Heimann
SPIN - A new business “hunter” is required rather than an account “farmer”.
