Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can provide reliable and sound nutritional advice on their Company products as well as act as a brand ambassador.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be passionate about nutrition, supplements and complementary advice.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Handle and professionally resolve queries via online communication pages.
- Provide support, guidance and advice to all other sections of the business.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the company.
The candidate:
- A keen interest in Nutrition or a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in Nutritional Science, Dietetics or Food Science or similar.
- Knowledge of the supplement industry
- Creative writing skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills; the confidence to liaise and communicate with customers and clients at all levels.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
