We are looking for a well spoken and presentable person with a pleasant, friendly and confident manner to join a well-run family run business in Richmond.

Salary: £22,000 – £26,000

The Role

  • Answering telephone and e-mail enquiries
  • Booking client appointments
  • Taking payments by phone
  • E-mailing out certificates and general correspondence
  • Giving our clients advice about products and services face to face in our showroom and on the phone
  • Writing daily worksheets for our staff
  • Computer entries on statistics
  • Creating and working on new marketing strategies and website administration, as well as some management of social media platforms

Key Skills/Experience

  • Highly enthusiastic, eager to learn with innovative thinking
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access)
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in solving problems when required
