Overview
A successful accountancy firm based in Finchley are looking for an Office Manager with some finance experience to join the team.
Salary: £25,000 – £33,000 DOE
The Role
- We are looking for an office manager, preferably with experience in an accounting practice as they will be managing the firm’s WIP and billing process
- The successful candidate will be speaking to clients a lot so needs to speak and write in good English
- The role will also include general office duties, as well as some payroll duties in periods of absence of our payroll manager
- The successful candidate will be heading up their own department and will be reporting directly to the Managing Directors
- They will therefore need to be confident in the role and ‘hit the ground running’
Key Skills/Experience
- Previous experience within an Office Manager or senior admin position is essential
- The successful candidate will have had exposure to some finance duties within a previous position
- Quickbooks experience would be a positive
- Excel experience is essential
- Experience within Sage Practice Solution (SPS) would also be a bonus
