Overview
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a prestigious and well-established firm of brokers based in beautiful offices in Bank.
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
The Role
- Client visits
- Managing Receptionists and assisting with reception where required.
- Answering calls
- Correspondence
- Making Dinner, Car, Taxi Reservations
- Preparing expenses for authorisation
- Arranging business trips including overseas all travellers other than MDs.
- Booking travel
- Negotiate Corporate rates with hotels and other business needs
- Smooth running of the office
- Negotiate and agree services with contractors to ensure that repairs and regular maintenance are carried out
- Keep all staff informed of Office Procedures
- Maintain all necessary records to ensure that the office is well maintained, that administrative services are provided as required and that invoices are processed for work carried out.
- Help co-ordinate marketing & VIP booklets
- Managing central diaries
- Updating mailing addresses
