Overview

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a prestigious and well-established firm of brokers based in beautiful offices in Bank.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

The Role

  • Client visits
  • Managing Receptionists and assisting with reception where required.
  • Answering calls
  • Correspondence
  • Making Dinner, Car, Taxi Reservations
  • Preparing expenses for authorisation
  • Arranging business trips including overseas all travellers other than MDs.
  • Booking travel
  • Negotiate Corporate rates with hotels and other business needs
  • Smooth running of the office
  • Negotiate and agree services with contractors to ensure that repairs and regular maintenance are carried out
  • Keep all staff informed of Office Procedures
  • Maintain all necessary records to ensure that the office is well maintained, that administrative services are provided as required and that invoices are processed for work carried out.
  • Help co-ordinate marketing & VIP booklets
  • Managing central diaries
  • Updating mailing addresses
