Overview
A rapidly-growing property development company based in Coulsdon are looking for someone to provide varied administrative support to the Director.
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000
The Role
- General management of all processes and operations in the office
- Supplier and contractor management
- Facilities management
- Tracking of annual leave and employee absence
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Some PA support to the Managing Director
- Support with contracts, tenders, document management etc.
- Accounts and financial support
- General office administration
Key Skills/Experience
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Experience managing day-to-day operations in a busy office
- Diary and inbox management
- Some knowledge/experience of the property sector would be a major advantage (but not essential – training will be provided)
- Accounts/finance experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A friendly and approachable working manner
