A rapidly-growing property development company based in Coulsdon are looking for someone to provide varied administrative support to the Director.

Salary: £30,000 – £38,000

The Role

  • General management of all processes and operations in the office
  • Supplier and contractor management
  • Facilities management
  • Tracking of annual leave and employee absence
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Some PA support to the Managing Director
  • Support with contracts, tenders, document management etc.
  • Accounts and financial support
  • General office administration

Key Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Experience managing day-to-day operations in a busy office
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Some knowledge/experience of the property sector would be a major advantage (but not essential – training will be provided)
  • Accounts/finance experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A friendly and approachable working manner
