Overview
An industry-leading company in the health and nutrition sector are looking for a PA & Office Manager with exceptional organisational skills to join the team.
Salary: up to £28,000
The Role
- Full administrative support to two Directors and management staff
- Manage diaries of Directors including business travel arrangements
- Deal with incoming emails and reply accordingly
- Answer incoming phone calls, answering accordingly and transferring to relevant team members
- Create invoices for UK & Export customers
- Prepare & follow up shipping documents for export customers – Invoice, Bill of lading, Certificate of origin, EUR1 forms
- Liaise with Chamber of Commerce for legislation of documents
- Keep track of trademarks and renew when close to expiry
- Product registration; prepare certificates of ingredients etc
- At times, prepare customer orders if required
- Check stock availability in the warehouse when necessary
- Prepare purchase orders
- Keep office filing and administration up to date
- Sort, prepare and manage post, couriers and eBay sales
Key Skills/Experience
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint and Adobe Packages
- Previous experience within a similar role (diary management, travel and accommodation booking etc.)
- Some interest in/knowledge of the health and nutrition sector would be a major advantage
- Good education background (at least to A level)
- A friendly, approachable working manner
