An industry-leading company in the health and nutrition sector are looking for a PA & Office Manager with exceptional organisational skills to join the team.

Salary: up to £28,000

The Role

  • Full administrative support to two Directors and management staff
  • Manage diaries of Directors including business travel arrangements
  • Deal with incoming emails and reply accordingly
  • Answer incoming phone calls, answering accordingly and transferring to relevant team members
  • Create invoices for UK & Export customers
  • Prepare & follow up shipping documents for export customers – Invoice, Bill of lading, Certificate of origin, EUR1 forms
  • Liaise with Chamber of Commerce for legislation of documents
  • Keep track of trademarks and renew when close to expiry
  • Product registration; prepare certificates of ingredients etc
  • At times, prepare customer orders if required
  • Check stock availability in the warehouse when necessary
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Keep office filing and administration up to date
  • Sort, prepare and manage post, couriers and eBay sales

Key Skills/Experience

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint and Adobe Packages
  • Previous experience within a similar role (diary management, travel and accommodation booking etc.)
  • Some interest in/knowledge of the health and nutrition sector would be a major advantage
  • Good education background (at least to A level)
  • A friendly, approachable working manner
