We are looking for a highly motivated, meticulous and organised individual to join a rapidly-growing interior design firm as a PA/Project Assistant.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

The Role

  • Managing key projects alongside the MD
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and staff
  • Calculating costs for projects and negotiating on price when required
  • Preparing quotes, letters, presentations and reports
  • Assisting with client meetings at the company’s London showroom
  • Checking margins on orders
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing the organisation’s HR and staff holidays
  • Organising meetings & company events
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Ordering stationery and office materials
  • Managing office budgets and problem solve cost-savings
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Delegating tasks to junior employees
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees

Key Skills/Experience

  • Previous office-based, secretarial or administrative work experience is essential (ideally a min of 4 years).
