A high-end property firm based in beautiful offices in Mayfair are looking for someone with a strong mix of organisational and communication skills to join as a PA/Receptionist.

Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 DOE

The Role

  • Administration support
  • Diary Management
  • Travel arrangements including booking hotels, arranging visa’s etc.
  • Booking and arranging social events
  • Dealing with emails and telephone calls on behalf of the CEO
  • Answering the company’s main line for both companies and handling initial telephone enquiries
  • Meeting and greeting clients, including offering refreshments
  • Managing stationary and office supply levels
  • Completing the receipts/Z reading each morning
  • Opening and distributing post daily and franking and mailing the post in the evening
  • Ad hoc PA/reception tasks as and when required

Key Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in either an EA or Reception position is essential
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Well-presented, articulate and able to deal with high-level clients
  • Some experience of the financial sector would be an advantage
  • Good educational background
