A rapidly-growing company based in Kingston are looking for a Credit Controller to join them on their small finance team, 2-3 days a week.

Hours: Flexible

Salary: Negotiable

The Role

  • Chase outstanding debt
  • Answer customer telephone and email queries
  • Allocation of payment receipts
  • Send monthly statements
  • Account creation and sales order inputting
  • Direct debit collection management

Key Skills/Experience

  • Previous accounts experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong literacy and numerical skills
  • Experience with Sage 50/Salesforce (not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and process focused
  • Confidence to make outbound calls
  • Strong positive work ethic to work independently
  • Proactive in identifying accounts that need attention
