A rapidly-growing company based in Kingston are looking for a Credit Controller to join them on their small finance team, 2-3 days a week.
Hours: Flexible
Salary: Negotiable
The Role
- Chase outstanding debt
- Answer customer telephone and email queries
- Allocation of payment receipts
- Send monthly statements
- Account creation and sales order inputting
- Direct debit collection management
Key Skills/Experience
- Previous accounts experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong literacy and numerical skills
- Experience with Sage 50/Salesforce (not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and process focused
- Confidence to make outbound calls
- Strong positive work ethic to work independently
- Proactive in identifying accounts that need attention
