Overview
A vibrant, dynamic company based in Kingston are looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist to join the team on a part-time basis. They are flexible with hours but ideally need someone 5 days a week.
Hours (flexible): 9.30 – 15.30
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 pro rata
The Role
- Reception, post-room and telephonist duties 5 days a week
- Client visit support
- Team support including travel and courier booking
- Buying and maintaining office supplies and services, refreshments, cleaning contractors
- Some accounting duties, processing invoices
- Practical and IT assistance within the office, equipment settings and updates
- Event and venue research and bookings
- Assist with maintaining internal operating documents and processes including client services and resourcing
Key Skills/Experience
- Ability to take responsibility and work with autonomy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good levels of numeracy and literacy
- Friendly and approachable working manner
- Good sense of humour and willing to get involved in the social side of the office
