Overview
A well-renowned company based in Kingston are looking for a strong administrator to come in 20 hours a week and support the MD and other executive team members.
Salary: £12,500 (not pro-rata)
Hours: 20 hours a week (either 4 hours 5 days/week or 5 hours 4 days/week)
The Role
- Petty cash management
- Office Management – organising & managing cleaners, tradesmen, office supplies, telecoms, fire & security alarm company, waste company, insurance, utilities, private health, mobile phones
- General administration
- Support with Marketing – liaising with web / brochure designer
- Liaising with outsourced accountancy firm, ensuring all invoices / payment receipts etc are passed through to them
- Producing end of month Flight Reports and Commission Statements
- Organising office supplies such as Stationery, Tea, Coffee etc
- Answering phones (ocassional)
- Maintaining Holiday/Sickness rotas
- Providing PA Support to the MD (not huge amounts
- Developing new systems for growing office where necessary

- Previous experience within a similar role
- Outstanding administration skills
- Highly organised
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly computer literate
- Friendly and approachable working manner
