Salary: to £30,000
You will be a PA for our client who is a well esablished local business.
The main duties of this role will include:
- Collating and preparing all necessary statistical reports.
- Collate all information required for the development of strategies and action plans to drive growth and performance.
- Provide high level administrative support to the Director
- Keep and maintain effective calendars, ensuring all scheduled meetings, appointments and conference calls are fully managed and prepared for.
- Prepare and reconcile all expense report
- Prepare and assist with divisional presentations, documentation and spreadsheets.
You should have excellent communications skills with the ability to work independently and have excellent IT skills.
