Salary: £14/hour

You will be a PA for our client who is a market-leading publishing company.

The main duties of this role will include:

  • Provide high level administrative support to the Director.
  • Keep and maintain effective calendars, ensuring all scheduled meetings, appointments and conference calls are fully managed.
  • Prepare and reconcile all expense reports.
  • Prepare and assist with divisional presentations, documentation and spreadsheets.

You should have excellent communications skills with the ability to work independently and have excellent IT skills.
