A hugely successful agency based in Marylebone are looking for a highly-organised PA with strong communication skills to support their CEO on a three-month contract.

Salary: up to £28,000

The Role

  • The role includes general PA and admin duties such as:
  • Diary management
  • Client liaison
  • Arranging travel and booking accommodation
  • Managing email and phone communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • You will also assist with research, preparation of presentations and proposals
  • Co-ordinating shareholder communications and circulation of company newsletters
  • Website content management and PR

Key Skills/Requirements

  • University educated with excellent written and spoken English skills
  • At least 3 years experience in business
  • Highly professional and organised
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • A warm, friendly and out-going personality
  • Bi-lingual French/English would be an advantage
