A successful interior design business based in beautiful offices in Esher are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ office experience to join the team as a Project Administrator.

Salary: £18,000 – £21,000

The Role

  • Sales order administration
  • Overseeing the showroom
  • Client liaison over the phone and in person
  • Recording stock
  • General project co-ordination including supporting Project Managers
  • Assisting with order processing
  • General administrative assistance to the team

Key Skills/Experience

  • Sales order processing experience
  • Team-player with a helpful, flexible attitude
  • Good client liaison and confident communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Highly-organised
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good MS Office skills including Excel. EstiMac software would be advantageous
  • Well-educated and numerate
  • We require a candidate that has 1-2 years’ experience and ideally a U.K. driving licence
