Overview

We are seeking a Receptionist who has excellent interpersonal skills, great customer service skills and strong IT skills. You must be well-presented, outgoing and highly-motivated.

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

The Role

  • Acting as first point of contact for all clients and service users
  • Taking phone calls and messages
  • Providing a high level of service via telephone, email and in person
  • Booking in clients for appointments
  • Booking rooms and appointments
  • Managing diaries of the Director and other employees

Key Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A strong work ethic
  • Highly-organised with the ability to multi-task
  • A friendly and approachable manner at all times
