Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist who has excellent interpersonal skills, great customer service skills and strong IT skills. You must be well-presented, outgoing and highly-motivated.
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
The Role
- Acting as first point of contact for all clients and service users
- Taking phone calls and messages
- Providing a high level of service via telephone, email and in person
- Booking in clients for appointments
- Booking rooms and appointments
- Managing diaries of the Director and other employees
Key Skills/Experience
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Strong communication and written skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A strong work ethic
- Highly-organised with the ability to multi-task
- A friendly and approachable manner at all times
