A successful business based in beautiful, modern offices in Epsom are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join on a part-time basis.

Salary: £11/hour (permanent contract)

The Role

  • Acting as first point of contact for all clients and service users
  • Taking phone calls and messages
  • Providing a high level of service via telephone, email and in person
  • Booking in clients for appointments
  • Booking rooms and appointments
  • Managing diaries of the Director and other employees

Key Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A strong work ethic
  • Highly-organised with the ability to multi-task
  • A friendly and approachable manner at all times
