Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator with outstanding organisational skills to join a growing business based in Acton.
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000
The Role
- Manage telephone switchboard
- Receive courier deliveries
- Sort and distribute incoming mail; occasionally take outgoing mail to the post office
- Maintain office diary; circulate weekly schedule of staff work trips and holidays
- Process supplier statements and deal with supplier payment enquiries, liaising with accounts
- Maintain staff weekly timesheets, ensuring that staff provide these in good time
- Create and process staff offer letters and contracts
- Help staff with visas and travel arrangements
- Order spare parts on instruction from relevant staff member
- Maintain company health and safety records and practice
- Occasional typing of managing director’s correspondence
- Help accounts with filing bank statements
