A large company based in a stylish part of central London are looking for a receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills and previous experience working as a receptionist.

Salary: £26,000

Duties

  • Managing the switchboard, dealing with incoming calls and transferring to the relevant person
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries by email
  • Attending to customers/clients as they arrive in a friendly and professional manner
  • Booking in meetings and appointments
  • Various administrative duties

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent¬†interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Clear and professional telephone manner
  • Previous experience working in a similar position
  • Educated to A Levels at a minimum
