Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 OTE

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Recruitment Consultants to join one of our biggest clients in a more Internal Recruitment capacity. Our client is looking for someone who is looking for their next challenge in a fascinating and rewarding sector.
Job Requirements
- Working in a comparable role which includes account management and internal recruitment advice
- Account Managing existing clients and advising on candidates for their roles
- Rapport building and key relationship management
- Up/Cross selling wherever possible, increasing spend of key business
- Consultative sales approach both over the phone and face to face
- You would have a consultative, strategic and intelligent sales approach.
- Face to face meeting with clients
- Sourcing candidates
- CV formatting
- Holding assessment days
Candidate Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as be able to self-motivate when under pressure
- Willingness to learn and develop new idea
- Positive and enthusiastic with ‘can-do’ attitude
