Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 + Bonuses and Social Incentives

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for recent graduates to join a well established and developing Recruitment Agency based in SW London.

Our client is looking for driven and ambitious graduates to help expand their business even further.

  • No experience necessary, full training provided!
  • Registering and meeting Candidates
  • Search database/websites/LinkedIn for Candidates
  • Match Suitable Candidates to Vacancies as per clients briefs
  • Working to sales and team targets with excellent incentives and bonus
  • Prepare candidates for interviews – mentoring and coaching
  • As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will receive the best training and development on the grad market
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
