Salary: £30,000 – £42,000

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Recruitment Consultants to join one of our biggest clients as an Account Manager. Our client is looking for someone who is looking for their next challenge in a fascinating and rewarding sector.

Job Requirements

  • Working in a comparable role which includes account management and face to face sales
  • Account Managing existing clients
  • Rapport building and key relationship management
  • Up/Cross selling wherever possible, increasing spend of key business
  • Consultative sales approach both over the phone and face to face
  • You would have a consultative, strategic and intelligent sales approach.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as be able to self-motivate when under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and develop new idea
  • Positive and enthusiastic with ‘can-do’ attitude

In the first year the successful candidates OTE is circa £42,000 including a basic salary up to £30,000
