Salary: £17,000

Location: Kingston upon Thames


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a successful Customer Service/Sales Agent to join a well established but growing business.

The role:

  • To record customer data accurately on the system
  • To ensure that the customer is provided with all the relevant information
  • To inform the customer about methods of payment and charges
  • Keep up to date with products
  • To ensure agreed targets and objectives are met within the agreed time frames
  • To comply with all Company policies and procedures


  • Take ownership for continued self-development and improvement.
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Self motivated and resilient with the ability to operate independently where required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience of working in a call centre environment with excellent customer care capabilities would be advantageous
