Overview
We are looking for a well spoken and presentable person with a pleasant, friendly and confident manner to join a well-run family run business as a Sales Advisor.
Salary: £18,000 basic, £30,000 OTE
Hours: 39 hours per week spread out between Monday – Saturday 8.30 – 5.30 pm
The Role
- Giving our clients advice about products and services face to face and on the phone
- Carrying out on site client visits to discuss a job requirement
- Producing estimates, work procedures and material lists
- Looking after a client’s project from point of sale through to the finished product
- Correspondence by e-mail and letter
- Keeping our point of sale materials up to date
- Computer entries on statistics
- Creating and working on new marketing strategies and website administration (being knowledgeable enough contents on social media platforms)
- Liaising with our engineers and manufactures
Key Skills/Experience
- Highly enthusiastic, eager to learn with innovative thinking
- Driving Licence & DBS (CRB) Check
- Sales experience
- Willingness to gain product knowledge gained through internal and manufacturers training
- Willingness to learn current building regulations and industry standards
