One of the UK’s fastest-growing fin-tech companies are looking for a bright, confident individual with outstanding communication skills to join as a Sales Executive.
Salary: £22,000 basic, £30,000 OTE
The Role
- Outbound calling prospective and existing clients
- Taking inbound calls from those looking to use the service
- Coaching professionals/clients on how to use the site
- Identifying and refining sales techniques to maximise results
- Working independently to overcome barriers and blockers to reach personal targets
- Working with the company’s adviser coaches to ensure top quality handling of prospective and existing clients to reach team targets
Key Skills/Experience
- At least 1 year’s sales experience
- A confident, friendly and persuasive telephone manner
- Highly motivated, driven, and competitive
- Target focused
- Tenacious, persistent and resilient
- Adaptable and enthusiastic approach
- Open to both giving and receiving feedback regularly
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Not afraid to work hard – it’s a fast-paced environment where everyone gives 110%
- Good written and spoken English
- Ideally a 2:1 from a good university (not essential)
