Looking to take the next step in your sales career? We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales to join a growing company in Epsom as a Sales Executive.
Salary: £31,000 basic, £35,000 OTE
The Role
- Through a professional and proactive approach, develop a customer base.
- Define ideal customer profile then research contact and other relevant details and enter on MIS.
- Arrange appointments to present our services to appropriate contacts (normally Marketing Directors).
- Establish and build strong business relationships with relevant personnel.
- Identify needs, prepare, submit and actively follow up all proposals with objective of closing on all submissions.
- Respond to and handle customers’ telephone queries
- Efficient organization of customer records and correspondence.
- Drawing up of job/print specifications to email to suppliers for estimating.
- Submission of estimates to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Timely and appropriate follow up.
- Processing of orders.
- Account handling; cross-selling; up-selling.
Key Skills/Experience
- Demonstrable experience in sales – min. 2 years.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook and Excel specifically)
- Good academic background – ideally educated to degree level
- Good, clear oral communication skills.
- Good written communication.
- Customer focused.
- Team player.
- New business development initiative.

- Confident at dealing with personnel at director level.
- Very well organised.
- An interest in graphic design, print, promotional merchandise and marketing in general.
