Responsibilities
- Booking sales appointments for the field sales team
- Making outbound cold calls in order to generate new business
- Making outbound calls to existing customers to sell additional products.
- Manage selected client base
- Up selling to existing, new and lapsed customers
- Account management of clients and maintaining data on system
- Offer promotional items
- Problem solving
- Client reports Keeping the sales manager informed
