Salary: £40,000 + 40% Commission, with an excellent pension scheme and 25 days holiday

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our talented, driven and motivated team. Selling across some of the largest portfolios, including one of the most profitable titles. This team is responsible for account managing a selection of clients, consultancies and agencies across 4 very different markets.

Leading a team of salespeople at different levels, you will be a seasoned people manager with the ability to lead by example at all times, selling to your own client base across each of your brands.

The role is pivotal to the business, providing an educational, exciting & challenging opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  •  Day to day management of the sales team
  • Training and mentoring of team members, including recruitment
  • Reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue reporting

  • Write and execute both overall sales strategies and team business plans with KPIs
  • Influence the decision making process to clients, agencies and consultancies
  • Responsible for leading the development and presentation of new ideas & initiatives across your brands
  • Liaise with all internal departments to build strong and effective relationships
