Salary: £25,000

Location: Wimbledon

The Sales Manager will be responsible predominantly for the development of new business into our own brand of serviced apartments.  The Sales Manager will have individual quarterly targets related to this new business development.  The role will also involve some account management of existing accounts and new business development in our partners properties.

Desired skills and experience

  • New business sales experience selling to senior executives within corporations
  • Account Management experience including implementation of new accounts and ensuring growth of these accounts
  • Track record of meeting individual sales targets
  • Experience of winning  local, national and global accounts
  • Cold calling skills
  • Experience of effectively manning stands at trade shows
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able  to handle a fast paced and pressurized environment
