Our client is a Cardiff based digital marketing agency who are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to work with the Sales & Marketing team helping with administration duties, assisting the Managing Director and manage the general upkeep of the office
Salary: £20,000
The Role
- Opening & distribution of Mail (Franking the outgoing each evening)
- Managing Switchboard, directing of calling and taking messages
- Filing/Scanning
- Ensuring adequate stock levels of stationary items and ordering when required
- Ensuring adequate stock levels of tea, coffee.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels of cleaning products
- Managing showroom and conference room diaries
- Ensuring showroom and conference room is presentable at all times
- Greeting customer and serving refreshments
- Opening and locking up of the showroom and fire exits daily
- Travel & Accommodation arrangements
- Providing support to the MD including dictation/communication
- Email photo of board, send to MD monthly, clear it down ready for the new month
- Requesting settlements from finance companies in SM & CI absence
- Booking tee off times with the vale and managing the golf diary and spreadsheet
- Ensure all deliveries and collections are dealt with accordingly
- Administration support for the Sales & Marketing team
- Scan all new sales order files, welcome pack to go out
- Weekly mailers to go out in the post, update the relevant spreadsheet
- Manage the lead generation sheet & share leads with relevant salespersons
- Update & track all leads and then report back to the Head of Marketing
- Support data cleansing from marketing campaigns
- Track all sales training from OEM’s/Vendors
