Salary: OTE £40,000 – £50,000 company car 

Location: South West London

Our client a very busy Estate Agency urgently requires a Sales Negotiator to start ASAP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their own database of Applicants.

You will be expected to guide your customers from first enquiry right through to completion of a purchase.

Responsible for their own database of Applicants, our Negotiators guide their customers from first enquiry right through to completion of a purchase. This process includes;

  • Advising potential Purchasers immediately a new property comes on to our books, accompanying Applicants on viewings
  • Negotiating terms between the Vendor and Purchaser
  • Liaising with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgagors, and other parties involved in the chain

Acting for the Vendor, we work as an intermediary to ensure all parties move with the minimum of stress and delay.

You will also assist in the smooth running of the Sales Team and will be trained to value and list properties, planning marketing campaigns and maintaining close contact with the Client.

Throughout the sales process you will be expected to build close relationships with Customers and Clients and enjoy a great deal of repeat business.

Suitable candidates will be articulate, have excellent inter-personnel skills and be able to thrive in a fast paced, target-driven environment.

These roles are largely commission based in order to maintain an efficient, proactive focus but conscientious individuals who succeed in the Company have fantastic earning potential.
