A market-leading software company are looking for an administrator with strong Excel skills to support the sales team by analysing and reporting on their figures and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Summarise market reports and distribute to relevant parties
  • Report on new business information for your Account where required by Leadership Team or Account Controllers
  • Presentation of market reviews to various levels across the business
  • Utilising system reports as a holistic data source to analyse aggregate data on a campaign by campaign basis
  • System administration and liaison on development
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for example but not limited to, Operational Standards, promotional compliance, dashboards, attendance reports and any ad hoc reports for client
  • Dealing with general ad hoc Account enquiries
  • Producing, collating and distributing, induction and training packs, briefs and News Letters
  • Ensure Account activity briefs are received from the client and all relevant info is forwarded to the field
  • Booking meetings, accommodation and flights for the team
  • Ordering Stationery
  • Forwarding enquiries to the relevant account contact
  • Update and maintain the team attendance log, attendance breakdown and contact details spreadsheet
  • Provide general admin support via email, telephone and post for the Account Manager and field team
  • Team communication and meetings


  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups are an essential part of the position)
  • An eye for data and trends/patterns within it
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ideally a graduate with a 2:1 or higher
  • Driven to succeed within a competitive environment
