Overview
A market-leading software company are looking for an administrator with strong Excel skills to support the sales team by analysing and reporting on their figures and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Summarise market reports and distribute to relevant parties
- Report on new business information for your Account where required by Leadership Team or Account Controllers
- Presentation of market reviews to various levels across the business
- Utilising system reports as a holistic data source to analyse aggregate data on a campaign by campaign basis
- System administration and liaison on development
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for example but not limited to, Operational Standards, promotional compliance, dashboards, attendance reports and any ad hoc reports for client
- Dealing with general ad hoc Account enquiries
- Producing, collating and distributing, induction and training packs, briefs and News Letters
- Ensure Account activity briefs are received from the client and all relevant info is forwarded to the field
- Booking meetings, accommodation and flights for the team
- Ordering Stationery
- Forwarding enquiries to the relevant account contact
- Update and maintain the team attendance log, attendance breakdown and contact details spreadsheet
- Provide general admin support via email, telephone and post for the Account Manager and field team
- Team communication and meetings
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups are an essential part of the position)
- An eye for data and trends/patterns within it
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ideally a graduate with a 2:1 or higher
- Driven to succeed within a competitive environment
