A highly creative company in the art and literature sector are looking for an exceptional administrator to provide varied support to their sales team.

Salary: £20,000 – £22,000

The Role

  • Answering emails and telephone calls
  • Assisting the saleroom manager with auction set up and take down
  • Obtaining shipping quotes for buyers
  • Assisting with deliveries and collections to/from our premises
  • Helping with pre- and post- auction paperwork
  • Packing buyer purchases for shipping
  • Booking shipment collections with DHL/Fed Ex/Royal Mail
  • Compiling and maintaining buyer data spreadsheets
  • Assisting with export license applications

Key Skills/Experience

  • Highly-organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good education background
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A friendly and approachable working manner
