SALARY £18,500 – OTE £22,460
Our client is an independent insurance intermediary wholly owned by a senior management team with over 50 years’ experience in the non-standard insurance market covering motor, commercial vehicle, fleet, household and motorcycle.
They are now looking for a Sales Support Agent to join their busy and growing team
This role will include shift work between 8.30am – 7pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 1pm Saturday (1 in 3).
The Role
- Validation – validate New Business quotes, check fraud identification and validate the customer before setting upthe insurance policy
- Banking – quality checking every sale that’s made to ensure that all the customer details are correct before issuing out any welcome documents to the customers and to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Renewals – to assist underwriting in the preparation for renewal invitation
