Provide exceptional customer service. Ensure customer enquiries are handled in an efficient manner. Pro-actively promote our business and strive to increase sales figures. Load orders, generate invoices and actively complete general administration duties.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- To ensure that all incoming calls are promptly and politely answered,that calls are logged (phone number, person calling, name of company, who the call is for) are quickly and correctly put through to the right person.
- Deal with customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Provide quotes to customers
- Pro-actively engage in sales driven communications with customers regarding the enquiry
- Pro-actively follow up quotations
- Pro-actively contact existing, historical and prospective customers to promote our product and establish their requirements
- Liaise with all other departments in support of customer requirements
- Load customer orders on the system
- Deal with customer account enquiries
- Update customer account details and information as appropriate
- Send out invoices, checking their accuracy against the system
- Manage stream-line credit card payment system
- Utilising appropriate tools (newsletters, e-mails, special promotions), pro-actively engage in sales driven communications with customers
- To undertake various general administrative tasks such as typing, filing and sorting.
