A hugely successful boutique recruitment agency based in the City are looking for someone with an outstanding academic background for a varied role which includes sales support, marketing and Executive support.

Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 DOE

The Role

  • Assisting the consultants with various aspects of their jobs
  • Formatting CVs (checking spelling and grammar, ensuring style/font is consistent etc.)
  • Processing CVs onto database and sending out to clients
  • Liaising with consultants and clients to book in meetings
  • Managing company’s social media platforms
  • Updating company website
  • Producing original written content for the company website and social media pages
  • Supporting the Director and Executive team with various tasks
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for sales visits etc.
  • Some diary management and travel/accommodation booking may be required as the job progresses

Key Skills/Experience

  • Exceptional academic background – ideally a Masters degree or MBA but, if not, a 2:1 or above from a top university
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to speak to high-level clients
  • Excellent written English
  • A good knowledge of/interest in modern trends in digital marketing and social media
  • Some previous experience using content management systems (e.g. WordPress) would be highly advantageous
  • The ability to work using your own initiative
