A successful company based in Woking are looking for someone with a strong mix of online and offline marketing skills to join as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive.

Salary: up to £40,000

The Role

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and on- line display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess success against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these insights
  • Devise new and creative growth strategies to ensure the company keeps ahead of its competitors in the  digital arena
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests with email marketing
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing and sales teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with  external agencies and other  Merchant / OEM  and distributor partners
  • Coordinate social network activity through Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • To manage the Google SEO ratings of the company and remarketing campaigns
  • Manage and implement strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • To have a watching brief for CRM Salesforce campaign

Key Skills/Experience

  • Need to have a collaborative attitude to work and be an effective team player with a good sense of humour
  • To be able to work well under time pressures in a busy office environment is a requirement
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and be proactive in solving any issues which impact on the successful communication of key messages through digital channels
  • Proficient in a wide range of computer packages; Website content management systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project. Drupal website content management and Salesforce CRM sales and Marketing Cloud is an advantage. Willing to train on new software packages as appropriate
  • A good  verbal and written communicator
  • To be Degree educated or of Degree educated calibre. A CIM or IDM qualification is an advantage
  • A willingness to develop a full understanding of the business
