Overview
One of the UK’s largest publishers are looking for a strong salesperson with at least two years of B2B experience to join as a Senior Sales Executive.
Salary: up to £30,000 basic, £45,000 OTE
Duties
- Selling across online and display advertising, directories and lead generation solutions.
- Identifying and building relationships with new and existing clients
- Managing some key accounts and increasing spend wherever possible
- The role consists mainly of new business development with some account management elements
- Meeting clients and keeping in regular contact to maintain strong relationships
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and converting these to qualified leads
The successful candidate is:
- A self starter with lots of initiative
- Able to grasp the basic structure of the wind power and environmental business sectors and a detailed understanding of the portfolio of products offered
- Comfortable with making a high number of calls
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Able sell on several projects at the same time
- Able to converse articulately at all levels
- Is target driven and highly motivated
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
