To provide a world-class service booking experience to customers
To be proactive in all customer service duties in line with the site service standards
To deal with customer requirements in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring the highest standard of customer service is delivered at all times
To organise the loading of the workshop in a manner which will ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity
To maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop, through prospecting activities
To ensure all service booking operations are managed efficiently
