A well-run and rapidly-expanding company based in beautiful offices in Wimbledon are looking for a highly-organised person to join as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

Salary: £20,000

The Role

  • To maintain existing supply relationships
  • Negotiating favourable terms of supply
  • Supporting the sales and reservations teams
  • Provide concise and clear operational procedures for the sales and reservations team to follow in order to review existing supply options and to request new supply options
  • Handle escalated supplier issues and manage supplier service failures
  • To promote the company and generate warm leads for the company director
  • Personal target quarterly objectives will be set by manager

  • Ability to organize and manage workload
  • Communication both verbal and written including report writing
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level of interpersonal skills including ability to be able to interact with Suppliers and agents and Reservations and Sales Manager
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Flexible approach to travel
  • MS Office (word, excel) essential
