A rapidly-growing company based in Chessington are looking for someone with previous B2B sales experience to join as a Telesales Account Manager.

Salary: £24,000 basic, £34,000 OTE

The Role

  • To carry out effective business reviews over the phone that establish needs and challenges so that we can match to our products / services.
  • To proactively contact & follow up on all leads that are provided, including your prospect database, ensuring every attempt is made to speak with the decision maker to reach an outcome.
  • To achieve call targets on a monthly basis.
  • To update all internal systems properly, including call notes & manage your client & prospect database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place.
  • To attend weekly and quarterly meetings to update the team on sales progress against your targets.
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • To contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.
  • To understand and implement the structured sales process.

Key Skills/Experience

  • Previous telesales experience is a must
  • Prior experience within a B2B environment would be a major advantage
  • Experience of working to and meeting targets and KPIs
  • Excellent telephone manner with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented with impeccable spoken English
