We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Salary: up to £24,000

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Requirements

  • Cold call prospects by generating leads.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the clients’ requirements
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales role
  • Proven track record of successfully booking meetings with clients
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
