Telesales Executive
Location: Kingston
Salary: £17,000
An exciting opportunity has come up with my client for a Telesales to join their successful company to provide support for the Sales Team.
This is a varied and interesting sales role. It requires a flexible, well organised, sales and customer orientated individual to work alongside the sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Sell products and services to new and existing customers
- Maintain and update company databases and CRM system
- Compile reports for management
- Work closely with and support the external sales team
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call centre
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills on the telephone
- Works well within a small, but busy team, as well as on own initiative
- Self-motivated and focused
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as colleagues
- Sales focused
