A well-renowned insurance company based in Kingston are looking for a bright, confident person to support the team with various administrative duties on a temporary basis.

Hourly rate: £8-9/hour


  • To check documents sent by Clients & Customers
  • To use the phone where appropriate in order to chase for documents
  • Act in a courteous, disciplined and professional manner at all times in the department as well as when dealing with customers and Clients
  • Deal with all customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Bring to the attention of the manager any problems created by other departments or by any procedures in order that they may be changed to benefit the running of the department
  • Bring to the attention of the manager any matters that are unable to be resolved including staff issues
  • Comply with guidelines laid down by the Financial Services Authority
  • Assist with the smooth running of the department• Answering & dealing with incoming calls
