Overview
We are looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills to join a growing company based in East Grinstead as a Customer Service Administrator.
Hourly rate: £9/hour
The Role
- Answering the phone and acting as the first point of contact with customers
- Responding to queries that come in via phone and email
- Assisting with some basic financial administration (processing invoices etc.)
- Data entry using Excel
- General office administration
- Ad hoc duties as required by the Directors
