Overview

We are looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills to join a growing company based in East Grinstead as a Customer Service Administrator.

Hourly rate: £9/hour

The Role

  • Answering the phone and acting as the first point of contact with customers
  • Responding to queries that come in via phone and email
  • Assisting with some basic financial administration (processing invoices etc.)
  • Data entry using Excel
  • General office administration
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the Directors
