You will be interviewed by a Recruitment Consultant for around 30 – 45 minutes discussing your work history, skills and experience and what you want from your career. In all cases, this will competency based so we can introduce you to the right organisation.

We will then go through with you open permanent / temporary roles available that match your requirements. In some cases, interviews with the clients will be arranged straight away and confirmation can be given to you at the time of registration.

If there are any businesses you would like to work for, please let us know! Your application is looked favourably when submitted by an approved supplier.

If you have any supporting documentation relevant to your career, it is also useful to bring that along. For example, if you have a sales background, have your sales figures to hand. This is so useful to support any application. Certificates, references, portfolios are also great as a support for your application.
